How to determine if you can continue to ride your vehicle: If the red locking clip is NOT correctly installed do not drive your vehicle as you may lose a wheel while driving. A correctly installed red locking clip is sitting well into the groove all around the nut. If you see an installation like the picture above - red locking clip NOT installed properly, contact your dealer to organise transportation of your vehicle to the dealership. The presence of a correctly installed red locking clip prevents a nut from unscrewing and the vehicle can be driven to the dealership.
