What to do now
Dealers will replace the batteries, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed april 24, 2025. Owner letters will be mailed on or before august 25, 2025, for the additional vehicles added on july 22, 2025. Owners may contact volvo trucks' customer service at 1-800-528-6586. Volvo trucks' number for this recall is rvxx2501.
