An official NHTSA notice concerns Thor Motor Coach - Transmission can shift without pressing brake. If the vehicle can be shifted into reverse without the brakes being applied, the vehicle may unintentionally move, increasing the risk of a crash. Published 2015-10-30.
What to do now
Ford will notify owners on tmc's behalf, and ford dealers will replace the transmission shift control bracket and adjust the transmission shift cable, free of charge. The recall began on november 12, 2015. Owners may contact tmc customer service at 1-877-500-1020. Tmc's number for this recall is rc000110.
