What to do now
Terex will notify owners, and dealers will install field service kit z1604 which includes replacement rotation bearing bolts, washers, pedestal reinforcement plates, and bolt spacers, free of charge. Owners are advised to perform a pre-shift inspection procedure until the repair is complete. The recall began november 24, 2020. Owners may contact terex customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is sn687.
