What to do now
Owners are advised not to drive their vehicle until the repair has been performed. Prevost will replace the steering column joints, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed march 19, 2024. Owners may contact provost customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost's number for this recall is sr24-11.
