An official NHTSA notice concerns Paccar - Seat belt may not adequately restrain occupant. If the seat belt buckle assembly separates, it can prevent the occupant from being properly restrained in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of a crash. Published 2018-12-07.

Paccar will notify owners, and dealers will replace the seat belt buckle assemblies that were not sewn, free of charge. Paccar issued owners an interim notification on february 4, 2019.
