An official NHTSA notice concerns Paccar - Aftermarket aluminum wheels noncompliance. Without proper rim markings, owners may not be able to identify affected wheels in the event of a wheel recall. Defective or noncompliant wheels that are not remedied are at an increased risk of performance failure, and thereby increase the risk of a crash or other safety hazard to motorists.
