What to do now
Dealers will replace the batteries, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed april 24, 2025. Owner notification letters will be mailed on or before august 25, 2025, for the additional vehicles added on july 22, 2025. Owners may contact mack's customer service at 1-800-866-1177. Mack's number for this recall is sc0475.
