An official NHTSA notice concerns Keystone RV - Loose or missing refrigerator gas valve screws. The loose or missing propane gas port screw can allow propane gas to leak when the refrigerator is used in 'gas' mode, increasing the risk of a fire. Published 2018-03-02.
