An official NHTSA notice concerns Keystone RV - Auxiliary fuel tank strap bolts may break. The grade 2 bolts may break under certain conditions, causing the auxiliary fuel supply tank to detach, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash and/or fire. Published 2020-09-03.
What to do now
Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and replace the tank strap mounting bolts, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began october 2, 2020. Owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-385.
