An official NHTSA notice concerns Hino Motors Sales - Front axle u-bolt over torqued. If the u-bolt was overtightened, the bolt may stretch resulting in it loosening or failing. Either result may cause a loss of steering ability, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash. Published 2015-04-07.
