What to do now
If installed in a vehicle, dealers will inspect and replace the quarter window glass assembly, as necessary, free of charge. If the window assembly is not installed in a vehicle, dealers will repurchase it. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed november 13, 2025. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated march 2026. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 89c.
