What to do now
Owners will be advised to turn the battery disconnect off as part of the shutdown procedure. Altec will replace the electrical circuit, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed november 21, 2025. Owners may contact altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is csn-3257.
