Toyota - Affected vehicles may have an engine that was incorrectly assembled due to improper setting of the high-pressure fuel pump and or improper setting of the timing belt.
Toyota - When the data is read out from the vehicle ecu an incorrect iupr (in-use performance ratio) value is shown. This does not comply with regulations however there is no impact on safety or vehicles exhaust emissions
Toyota - There is a possibility that the rear brake caliper was incorrectly assembled during manufacture
