What to do now
Fuel tank caps for all the vehicles are to be replaced with modified parts. At the same time honda will inspect how well the caps are sealed and if water is inside the tanks. If water is found in tanks honda will replace fuel tanks fuel pumps and injectors for steel fuel tanks and fuel pumps and injectors for titanium fuel tanks. Titanium fuel tanks do not get rusty and do not have to be replaced.
