An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Xtreme Monkey bars - Sold at Xtreme Imports Kapiti. Xtreme Imports Kapiti is recalling the Xtreme Monkey bars. The climbing ring attachment included with the set is not compliant with toy safety standards. The diameter of the climbing rings may cause head entrapment in a small child which could lead to serious injury or death. Published 2026-10-09.
