An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Vents 150mm LD 12v Low Voltage Fan. The fan is designed for a 12V supply but looks like a 230V product and plug such that it may be plugged into mains power if instructions are not read. If the fan is plugged directly into mains power, it can cause an electrical fire. Published 2017-11-27.
