It has been determined that the 2-piece plastic casings on some of the units from this production run are not securely joined and may allow separation during handling, exposing internal circuitry. What to do now

If in use switch the unit off at the wall and remove from the socket outlet. Please return the item to your local Mitre 10 or Hammer Hardware store along with dated proof of purchase for a full refund.
