An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Serene S207T Bathroom Heater. In April 2024, WorkSafe’s Energy Safety have issued a prohibition notice for all Serene S207T wall mounted bathroom heaters. The prohibition applied to all units imported, purchased, or installed since January 2018 are non-compliant. Testing has found Serene S207T heaters are non-compliant with safety standards.
