An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Regency F38/FG38 Open Flued Gas Log Fireplace (Natural Gas Only). Under certain circumstances, and when used with natural gas, the heaters can produce too much carbon monoxide. High levels of carbon monoxide can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning and possible serious health affects. Published 2019-04-19.
