An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Rainbow Child Nova Teethers. The design of the product is not safe for children under 36 months of age. Although they have been tested against the NZ/AU Standards, we have had 3 break in the past 2 years, so we believe the design of the teether is not safe because of the exposed bead on each point of the star which allows for easier wear and tear.The product may pose a choking hazard for young children.
