An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Kids Hooded Towel - NOXEN. These products do not comply with the requirements of the mandatory safety standard for children’s nightwear, as the required fire hazard labelling is located at the waist and not located on the back neck of the garment.Due to incorrect positioning of the fire hazard labelling, consumers may not be aware of the necessary precautions to prevent fire injury risk, keeping the products away from sources of heat or fire. NOXEN advises affected customers to contact them at sales@noxen.co.nz to be provided instructions for organising the installation of the additional label. A fire label can also be provided with attachment instructions.
