An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Commencal Ramones Kids 16” Bicycle. The bicycles does not have a rear back-pedal brake. In the absence of a rear back-pedal brake, children may not be able to brake sufficiently using the hand brakes, which could result in an accident. Published 2019-11-08.
