An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Children’s hooded dressing gown - Sold at H&M. Recall updated - first published June 2025.. Updated December 2025 (expanded dates of sale recalled). Originally published 17 June 2025: The products do not comply with the mandatory Children’s Nightwear Standard AS/NZS1249:2014. They do not include the required warning label. There is a risk of serious burn injuries if exposed to a heat or flame source. Consumers may not be aware of this risk. Published 2025-12-24.
What to do now
Immediately stop using the product and return it to nearest H&M store for full refund or contact customer service. Call: 1300-401 300Email: info.nz@hm.com The product number and order number can be found in the care label. No receipt is required. The product was sold in our stores from May 2022 to June 2025.
