An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns Above Desk Power Unit (ADPU) - Sold by Europlan. Europlan is recalling the Above Desk Power Unit (ADPU). The ADPU does not meet NZ safety standards due to the absence of an integrated overload protection device. The unit may overheat if appliances that draw more than 10 amps, such as portable heaters, are connected to it. Published 2026-10-21.
