An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns 3M ™ Versaflo ™ TR-802E Powered Air Purifying Respirator Motor/Blower. Certain 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) motors/blowers manufactured between September 2024 and April 2025 may contain a component that could cause them to not conform to their Intrinsic Safety (IS) rating. For localized or acute incidental exposures to concentrations above the LEL, affected TR-800 PAPRs may increase the risk of ignition of these atmospheres if the pin assembly overheats. 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-802E Powered Air Purifying Respirator Motor/Blower Advisory Notice Please follow the steps below to determine if you have affected product: Locate the adhesive label on the bottom of the TR-802E PAPR motor/blower housing with the product serial number (see User Advisory Notice for images) Determine if the product serial number is one of the products affected. (See Appendix A in User Advisory Notice). To coordinate the return of your affected product(s) for replacement visit the following website to view the details and complete the electronic intake form at 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) blower Replacement

Certain 3M™ Versaflo™ TR-800 Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) motors/blowers manufactured between September 2024 and April 2025 may contain a component that could cause them to not conform to their Intrinsic Safety (IS) rating.
