An official Product Safety NZ notice concerns 3 Phase App/Ext/RCD (AERO2032 RCD Lead Adaptor Box). When the device (AERO2032) is plugged into 3 phase power, the second exposed 3 phase lead can become live if not plugged into one of the unused 3 phase sockets.There is a potential electrical shock hazard. Stop using the device (AERO2032) and return it to the place of purchase for a modification to the product.All costs associated with sending and then recieving it will paid for.To otherwise organsie the modification and have the product repaired, contact Appliance Testing Supplies.
