The accessible metal parts of the UV tubes are separated with only basic insulation from the live parts. The wire ends of the cable are not properly secured and could detach causing them to become accessible or causing accessible metal parts to become live. If an internal short circuit occurred, the fluorescent lamp may explode causing cuts to the user.
