An official EU Safety Gate notice concerns Stainless steel pressure cooker. It is possible to open the pressure cooker while it is still under pressure. As a result, the user could suffer burns or injuries. Steam or liquid may also leak from the pressure cooker, extinguishing the flame of the stove. As a consequence, natural gas could then be released leading to a fire or explosion.
