An official EU Safety Gate notice concerns Mitsubishi - Canter. The vehicles may be fitted with rear axle leaf springs manufactured by Fleximol using substandard materials received from its supplier. In the faulty leaf springs, individual leaves of the lower spring assembly may break. Fragments may fall into the path of following traffic and put other road users at risk.
