An official EU Safety Gate notice concerns Travel adaptor “Travel Adapter” Tele Long. The product poses a risk of electric shock because the user can touch the live part of the adapter pin when the plug part of the adaptor is partly inserted into a socket outlet. In addition, it is possible to insert only one pin of a plug into the adaptor socket.
