The product poses a risk of injuries because:- when applying the required load, the steering tube bends and thus the user can lose control,- the diameter of the wheels is 20 mm smaller than required, consequently they can easily get entrapped on an uneven surface,- the ends of the handles have a diameter of 22 mm (minimum requirement: 40 mm) which may contribute to loss of control during normal use,- the space between the moving elements is capable of injuring or shearing fingers.
