An official EU Safety Gate notice concerns Mercedes-Benz - E-class, GLC-class. Specific 12V and 48V ground connection bolts may have been secured with incorrect torque, which may lead to the wiring harnesses being not properly secured. As a result the electrical resistance at the connection points could increase. The temperature may therefore rise in this area, leading to fire.
