Due to the high level of free Formaldehyde (8 times the limit value), the product presents a serious risk to health, even if used according to the instructions, both for the consumer and for the hairdresser, e.g. Through inhalation. Formaldehyde vapours can affect the eyes, skin and mucous membranes. Due to the high Formaldehyde content, the product has an irritating effect on skin and mucous membranes and significant allergenic potential. Formaldehyde is to be classified as a genotoxic carcinogen for the nasopharynx if the substance is breathed in.The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC.
