An official EU Safety Gate notice concerns Decorative magnets - I Love Chocolate VIRCA. The risk is aggravated by the small size of the articles (the samples fit into the small parts cylinder used for toy testing in accordance with the standards) and the presence of magnets that can easily be detached and, because they attract each other, can cause serious damage when passing through the intestine (blockages, perforation of the intestine).The products do not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
