An official Health Canada notice concerns Yamaha. Issue: on certain motorcycles, the meter (instrument cluster) may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the turn signals may not work. Safety risk: turn signals that don't work may cause a person not to recognize when the rider intends to turn or change lanes and could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: yamaha will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the meter. Published 2026-06-03.
