An official Health Canada notice concerns Winnebago industries. Issue: On a small number of RV trailers, the ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlets may have been wired incorrectly. As a result, the outlets do not have proper circuit protection. Safety Risk: An electrical outlet that doesn't have proper circuit protection could create a risk of shock or electrocution. Corrective Actions: None of the affected trailers have been delivered to customers. Winnebago will instruct dealers to repair the GFCI circuit wiring before each trailer is delivered.
