An official Health Canada notice concerns Vans - Triple e. This recall was replaced by Transport Canada Recall No. 2023-469. Issue: On certain motorhomes, the connections on the battery disconnect switch (located near the entry door) could contact the refrigerator frame. If this happens, there could be a short circuit. Safety Risk: A short circuit could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Triple E Canada will notify owners by mail and provide you with a protective rubber cover for the terminal posts on the battery disconnect switch, and instructions for installing it. Alternatively, you can take your motorhome to a dealership or RV service center to have the cover installed. Published 2023-09-22.
