An official Health Canada notice concerns True wireless earbuds recalled. The USB charging cords were manufactured with the wrong wiring material, and they may overheat when plugged in for charging, posing a burn and fire hazard. As of November 27, 2025, the company has received 3 reports of incidents in Canada and no reports of injuries. Published 2025-12-04.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to a Giant Tiger store for a refund. For more information, consumers can contact Giant Tiger Stores Limited by telephone at 1-833-848-4437, from 9 a.m. To 5 p.m. EST, or by email at customerservice@gianttiger.com Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
