An official Health Canada notice concerns Toyota. Issue: On certain trucks, a software problem could cause the instrument cluster display to go blank while driving. As a result, you may not be able to see certain information about the vehicle, including the gauges, warnings, and malfunction tell-tale graphics. Note: This recall affects Tundra and Tundra Hybrid models. Safety Risk: Warnings and malfunction tell-tale information that do not display could increase the risk of a crash.
