An official Health Canada notice concerns Tornier perform® humeral fracture locking screwdriver. Stryker has identified a nonconformance in one specific lot of Tornier Perform Humeral Fracture Locking Screwdriver. Specifically, the screwdriver is not able to retain screws as expected. The screwdriver's main function (tightening locking screws) during surgery is still able to function, only the ability to retain the screw on the driver is impacted.
