High riskHealth Canada

An official Health Canada notice concerns Thor motor coach. Certain motorhomes may have part of the exhaust pipe running too close to a vehicle storage compartment. The exhaust should have a heat shield in this area, as without one, the heat would not be properly dissipated around the exhaust of the vehicle. This would increase the risk of melting and/or a fire, which could result in injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a heat shield to protect the storage compartment.
