An official Health Canada notice concerns Tesla. Issue: On certain vehicles, the front seat belts may not have been reconnected to their anchors correctly during a repair. As a result, the seat belt could detach in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches in a crash could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Tesla will notify owners by email and advise you to contact Tesla Service to arrange for an inspection of the front seat belts. The seat belts will be reconnected to their pretensioner anchors, if necessary. If the seat belt can't be connected to its pretensioner anchor correctly, the seat belt assembly will be replaced. The hazard
