Consumers should register their affected heat pump through the following website: https://avisqualite.ca/en/ to arrange for installation of a replacement part. Pending repair, consumers should maintain the water in their pool to a temperature that is below 90°F (32°C). For more information, consumers can visit https://avisqualite.ca/en/. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
