An official Health Canada notice concerns Qs branded cyanoacrylate adhesives and activator recalled. The recalled products do not meet the child-resistant packaging and labelling requirements for quick skin-bonding adhesives of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. This type of glue is capable of bonding skin instantly. The lack of appropriate labelling and child-resistant packaging could result in unintended exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury. As of May 4, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. Published 2026-05-08.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and return them to the point of sale to receive a refund. For more information, consumers can contact Québec Solutions Adhésives by telephone at 418-692-2045 Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM EST, or by email at quebecsolutionsadhesives@gmail.com. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
