An official Health Canada notice concerns Prevost. Issue: On certain vehicles, the fire sensor located in the engine compartment could fail. If this happens, the automatic fire suppression system (AFSS) could activate and shut down the engine. Safety Risk: A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Prevost will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Prevost service center to inspect, and if necessary replace the fire sensor. The hazard
