An official Health Canada notice concerns Prevost. On certain buses, the booster stud connection could become rusted, which could lead to a weakened connection. A compromised connection could allow the power cable to release and consequently ground on the frame, possibly resulting in an electrical short circuit. An electrical short could result in a vehicle fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect for corrosion and a protective box will be added.
