On certain Ranger side-by-side off-road vehicles, heat from the engine compartment can cause deformation and melting of the panel which separates the engine from the passenger compartment. Contact with this panel could result in burn injuries. Correction: Dealers will install an additional exhaust heat shield. Published 2013-04-15.
