An official Health Canada notice concerns Pj trailers. On certain trailers, the tandem axle equalizers may not have been welded correctly during the manufacturing process. This could allow one or both equalizers to separate from the trailer, which could result in a loss of vehicle control and a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the tandem axle equalizers. Published 2012-01-16.
