An official Health Canada notice concerns Peterbilt - Paccar. Issue: On a small number of trucks, the left-rear brake could become damaged by contact with the suspension. This could lead to reduced braking. Safety Risk: Reduced braking can cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: PACCAR will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to reroute the rear brake piping. Published 2025-06-11.
